Oh if you were wondering what was the picture with the expired link in the question that elleyelle asked, it’s referring to this. The translucent stuff was, as mentioned, matte PVC sheets. The rest of it is foam and basswood sticks :D Greetings from school on a Sunday midnight (almost).

Don’t you love it when you get one of those “EUREKA!” moments in the midst of a weekend-long brain block for design studio?  My only advice to myself in the future (and anyone else who finds this relevant) is to stop thinking so much and do something! Sleepless night tonight! WHOOHOO~!
